Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. This timeframe is indicative only and not guaranteed. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following UK shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery dates are approximate and time is not of the essence. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. Delivery times vary and typically range from 10 to 20 business days. International shipping is subject to the agreed Delivery Location and applicable laws. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or to countries where restrictions apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@safetypointuk.com within 7 days of delivery. Please note that our liability for transit damage is limited and subject to warranty terms.
